What is your minimum order value and how much do you charge for delivery?
There is no minimum order value however all orders under the value of £200.00 (excl VAT) will be subject to a handling, administration and delivery charge (£30.00).
All orders over the value of £200.00 (excl VAT) are delivered free of carriage charges on a standard 2 – 3 day delivery service. Next day delivery is chargeable.
Orders to Northern Ireland are delivered free of carriage charges if over the value of £1250.00.
Orders to Eire are delivered free of carriage charges if over the value of £1500.00.
All other orders to Ireland will be subject to a carriage charge, please telephone for a quotation.
Customers are welcome to collect from our Stoke-on-Trent Warehouse.

When can I expect my delivery?
Our standard delivery time is 2-3 days from dispatch of order. Next day delivery service is available subject to £15.00 charge (UK only).

Yes, we currently supply customers throughout Europe, USA, Asia & Australasia (Delivery Terms ex works).
